Cracked Schley Paper Shell Pecans – 3, 5, 15, 25 lbs

Schley pecans are well known for being one variety of “paper-shells”. The Schley pecan is medium in size and has a nut count of 54 to 58 nuts per pound. These favorites have a high oil content, beautiful golden color and a great flavor. The commercial crackers that we use do not crack all pecans into halves, so you will get small pieces as part of the process. Please call for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or international orders.
