Cracked Desirable Pecans – 3, 5, 15, & 25 lbs

For healthy snacks or gift giving, our Desirable pecans are the largest pecan we offer. The pecan halves meet the new “Georgia Grand” pecan meat classification. The Desirable has a medium-shell thickness and a medium-to-high oil content, which makes them an excellent choice for baking. The Desirable pecan count is usually 40 to 45 nuts per pound. Occasionally, the commercial crackers we use do not crack all the pecans into halves, so you will get small pieces as part of the process. NOTE: The actual product poundage shipped for your cracked pecans order will be less than the poundage listed due to shell loss from the cracking and blowing process.
